Seasonal Make Wake Label Services Internship
Internship Description:
- Attend weekly meetings revolved around Make Wake Label Services artists, including internal check-in meetings and group calls with connected digital partners and clients.
- Contribute ideas to company-wide FAST social calls structure digital marketing and social media concepts into plans for Make Wake Label Services clients.
- Manage projects assigned and administered in Basecamp.
- Edit deliverables in Basecamp, including audio and visual project timelines and to-do lists.
- Assist Marketing and Label Operations in project release day tasks.
- Assist Management Coordinators in creating cutdown banner arts and DSP + PR hit lists.
- Revise and support Marketing and Label Operations in developing a concrete release timeline on each client’s all-encompassing Marketing Document.
- Research and record metadata, writers, musician and production credits, publishing information in work in progress files for each designated artist on the label services roster.
- Record release highlights, for both press releases and digital streaming platform support, with each label service artists release.
- Ideate and develop social media influencer lists to help support marketing effort.
Availability:
- Summer 2025 and Fall 2025 openings available.
- Unpaid, For-Credit (optional) Internship.
- Remote/hybrid-flexible position.
- 10-15 hrs/week expected.
