- Sit in on weekly team meetings to stay aligned on artist goals, campaigns, and updates
- Collaborate closely with day-to-day managers to gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of artist management
- Track and report on social media and streaming platform growth to help guide strategic decisions
- Contribute creative social media content ideas tailored to each artist’s brand and audience
- Support management team during video shoots and off-site events
- Assist with artist facing errands
- Help maintain a productive and organized office environment
- Learn how to use platforms such as Master Tour, Bands-in-Town, and Canva
